FCS-1 & 2 Fresh-Cut Vegetable Weigh/Fill System

The FCS 1 & 2 are food service filling systems for shredded or diced vegetables, stir fry mixes, sticks, and florets.

They have been successfully used by some of the biggest names in produce processing.

There's often more than one way to fill a particular product.  Let us evaluate your application and help you choose the solution that fits you best!

Use our APPLICATION GUIDE to help select the filler that's right for you.

HOW THEY WORK
The supply bin is loaded with product usually from a spin basket.  It is then moved out of the supply bin (live bottom bin) by an internal conveyor, ensuring first-in-first-out, keeping product fresh.

Gently moved by an incline conveyor, the product is transferred to the weighing system.  This system uses bulk and dribble belts.  Both deliver up to 90% of the target weight while the dribble belt feeds the last 10%.

Once the weigh bucket reaches the target weight, the product is ushered out by a push plate through the discharge spout into an automatic bagger or had placed bag by an operator.
